White Owl was created by Cynthia Covey. Located near the heart of downtown Bellbrook, Ohio. Welcoming and home are what come to mind when you enter into the salon doors. White Owl is a working collaborative salon where independently contracted stylists can build their businesses while having a sense of community. We love our little haven and we hope you do, too!
