About Us

White Owl was created by Cynthia Covey. Located near the heart of downtown Bellbrook, Ohio. Welcoming and comfortable are what come to mind when you enter in the salon doors. White Owl is a working collaborative salon where independently contracted stylists can come together and build their businesses and still have a sense of community. We love our little haven and we hope you do, too!
